Bug Description
The "Assign Me" link in the person picker widget used to assign a bug is broken on staging after the YUI 3 upgrade.
Clicking "Assign Me" causes the widget to barf a big red blob of text on the screen.
This is due to a change in how YUI processes XML fragments. There was a bug in PR2 where the XML declaration would be counted as a document node - our code worked around this. In 3.0.0 this has been fixed, so the workaround has reverted to its true form: a bug!
