Bug Description
Many projects registered on Launchpad don't have a website associated. For these projects there are currently no ways to show screenshots of the applications. It would be great if Launchpad could host images associated with a project.

The librarian can store them, and we have a file upload widget. We need to register 'screenshot' as a type of file that a project could have many of.
