"Related software and packages" link prominent even when person has none

The very first item in the body area of <https://launchpad.net/~faure> is a link "Related software and packages". If you follow this link, however, you end up at a page telling you stutteringly that David is related to "0 project". This is rather silly.

I can think of several ways this could be fixed. In order of personal preference:

1. Show the list of related projects on the person page itself, using a link to a full list only if there are more than about ten of them ("and _17 more..._"). Finding out what someone does is, after all, the second most common reason I go to someone's Launchpad page (the first being to find their contact details).

2. Grey out the link if there are no related projects, and make its text "No related projects".

3. Don't show the link at all if there are no related projects.
