Bug Description

According to <https://bugs.launchpad.net/gobby/+bug/3801/+activity>, bug 3801 was last modified on 2008-10-19 17:39:11.

According to <https://bugs.launchpad.net/gobby>, however, it was "Last changed" "1 hour ago".

They can't both be right.

The former doesn't take comments into consideration - it only looks at the last metadata change. That's also the date we use for sorting bugs in bug listings.

i agree that consistency is very important, but which date is more helpful?

AIUI, we are getting rid of +activity as soon as we can. I think the
bug page is more accurate, comments are metadata in a way as well.

Agreed that the time counting last comment is more accurate (and helpful).
