Bug Description
When going to a URL, such as:
https:/
there is no way to attach a file in the initial submission. Ideally there should be a dropdown menu so that the file can be attached in one go.
Really ideally, this drop-down should allow multiple files to be attached in a single bug/comment submission without having to submit them one-at-a-time. This could be done with a "Add another..." clicker similar to how email/webmail software works.
