Bug Description
The current navigation line scheme in Translations section is difficult to operate. Now it's presented as:
%project% > Translations > %language% : it gives you a template list page; you choose an template and...
$project% > Translations > %template% > %language% : But there's no way to return to template list; you need to navigate to "translations" and choose the language once again.
In short, make a link to template list for given language from template translation page.

Agreed. However, with our current method of implementing navigation, this is not trivial. We should move all pofiles to be parented in distroserieslan
Also, this has been reported earlier as bug #83136 where it only talks about distribution, but it's the same problem and the same fix will work for both, so marking as a duplicate.
