Bug Description

While testing on Soyuz dogfood the following bug was found: the IPackageset.addSubsets() and IPackageset.removeSubsets() methods need to make sure that they only operate on package sets within the same distro series.

The IPackageset.addSubsets() method triggers the following exception:

InternalError: Package sets mozilla and umbrella belong to different distro series (to grumpy and hoary respectively) and thus cannot be associated.
