Not easy to exclude certain statuses like Fix Committed (on open bugs page)

Bug Description
When I'm viewing the open bugs, I would like to be able to view the open bugs except those that have status Fixed Committed, because I would like to see bugs that are new, or have been left alone by other devs for a long time (when status is Confirmed, etc.)
