Easy way to report problems with a code import

Code imports can often fail. At the moment, we direct people to ask questions about failing code imports on https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad-code. We do this direction by quite indirect means.

It would be nice if there was an easy way for a user to start talking to us about a failed import. Perhaps a link to the answer tracker from the import details would be enough? We might even be able to rig it so that a bunch of useful information is included by default.
