Bug Description

This is a feature to help get the context of a group of strings.

What is it? - Strings that are related to each other in some way get grouped into subcategories that are browsable.

How? - For graphical apps, UI linked strings get put together. For console apps, same command parameter or display related strings get put together.

Why? - This helps translators to focus the work, specially on large packages (ie: OOo, blender, etc).

Use Case:
Cindy is translating the blender package, but is getting lost on where each string goes on the final program, and is having problems coordinating her work with her fellow translators.
It would help Cindy to know which strings are located on the same UI dialog.
To help Cindy, the blender package is broken into several SubCategories that group related strings together, so she and her colleagues can now distribute work more efficiently and not get lost on where the strings are going to be used on the final program.

I think it's a great idea. It will do the translation easier and help to distribute larger packages into several voluntiers. It will also estimulate the translation of all strings in a "subcategorie", avoiding lacunas.

Hi this is another request for this - it mostly makes rosetta unusable for Blender translators since they would need to sift through all of rosetta to change strings even though only a handful of menus are crucial to translate. - thus currently they just use one of the other translations that are already broken into categories.

This might require establishing a standard way to mark sections in PO templates.
