Advanced Search could use a boolean "Has replies since last status change"

As per launchpad bug #45621 https://launchpad.net/products/launchpad/+bug/45621/+index

I think that it would be very helpful to be able to filter or search based on (boolean) whether or not replies have been made since the status was last changed.

This would be useful, for example, if a bug was set to Needs Info, and the user responded since then.

This specific example was later opened as bug 50663.

Can you think of any other use cases for replies being made since a
status change?

Duplicated against bug 50663 because the use case presented here is covered by that bug and the original reporter didn't add any other different use case to this report.
