ensure the bzr-launchpad integration plugin is tested

We should ensure that bzr continues to be able to register branches and other such things. We want some kind of integration test to ensure that this continues to work, so that we can be assured that the service is working.

After some discussion it was resolved:

tests will primarily live in the rocketfuel tree; they can call in to the copy of bzrlib that resides there. They should be added when changes are made to the server. (By Bjorn?)

The plugin can be directed at a staging server to try it out without rocketfuel source.

Are there end-to-end tests in the launchpad test suite for the launchpad-integration plugin in the rocketfuel bzr?

Is it possible to test this plugin on staging?

Further to this, there is currently a bug in bzr where register-branch passes tests but does not work in production: bug 181156 describes the problem - and the end to end tests needed to prevent this will need to reflect the behaviour of having a plain and a edge site running.
