New bug emails should tell me who filed them

Bug Description
This may be considered terrible, but there are some bugs that are more important depending on who filed them. For instance, I find that the bugs filed by LOSAs have a MUCH greater importance than bugs filed by a casual bug filer. As such, it'd be nice if the NEW bug email showed me who filed the bug. This way, I could just reply with triaging. Instead, I currently have to click the link and go to the web interface to see who filed the bug.

This feature would also help you see that I filed this bug, and make sure it gets done yesterday. :)
