Bug Description
We're having lots of timeouts on BugTask:+index pages, and the main offender is bug 1.
Some: OOPS-1390A1149, OOPS-1390B752, OOPS-1390B985, OOPS-1390D1086, OOPS-1390H726, OOPS-1390G980

It's not entirely clear from the OOPSes, but I think that at lease some of these stem from bug 471974 (too many subscribers, especially from dupes, cause timeouts). I'll mark this as a dupe of that and we'll re-evaluate when that's fixed.
That said, bug 1 is pretty much one big timeout, isn't it?
