"All bugs ever reported" link is broken

Bug Description

The example I happen to have open at the moment is https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/libast/+bugs where the number 2 is in parentheses after "All bugs ever reported" correctly indicates that 2 bugs have been previously reported on the package, though none appear in the search because they're both "Fix Released". All bugs ever reported should (and I think used to) show all bugs for the package regardless of status, but does not.
