Bug Description
We've seen many bzr exports fail with an error messages like
2009-10-15 06:52:19 ERROR Failure: Translations branch for WebContentControl trunk series has pending translations changes. Not committing.
2009-10-15 06:52:45 ERROR Failure: Translations branch for BaShare trunk series has pending translations changes. Not committing.
2009-10-15 06:53:58 ERROR Failure: Translations branch for tic-tac-toe 0.3 series has pending translations changes. Not committing.
2009-10-15 06:54:07 ERROR Failure: Translations branch for mounttruecrypt 0.1x series has pending translations changes. Not committing.
2009-10-15 06:54:10 ERROR Failure: Translations branch for eclectus trunk series has pending translations changes. Not committing.
I am sure we are hitting some false positives here, since eg.
1. WebContentControl translations are exported to a different branch
2. eclectus trunk branch has not been committed to for over 10 days
I am guessing this is about stale rosetta import jobs staying in the queue.
