misleading presentation of some languages in user profile

Bug Description
The user is able to choose a set of languages he is able to understand / speak.
Some of this language names contain a comma as separator (e.g. "German, Low").
In the users profile the languages are also separated with commas.
For example the "German, Low" in my settings results to:
"Dutch, English, German, German, Low"
It looks like "Low" is a language on it's own and "German" is listed twice.
