Implement "CONFIRMED NEEDS INFO" in addition to "UNCONFIRMED NEEDS INFO"

Bug Description
Currently a bug progression goes something like:
Unconfirmed -> Needs Info -> Confirmed
in the future it is likely that inactive bugs marked "Needs Info" will be automatically Rejected after a period (eg. 1month) of no updates.
I frequently want to mark a bug as Confirmed, but also requiring further information from the reporting users. As such I would ideally mark it as "Confirmed, Needs Info" since although it is Confirmed, it is not possible to proceed with fixing the bug without further information - if that information is not forthcoming then it's not possible to fix the bug.
Perhaps "Needs Info" could be implemented as a boolean Checkbox rather than a progression state, where "Needs Info" is effectively a short-hand for "Close this bug in 30days if the state doesn't change in some way".
