Bug Description
It would be really handy to be able to make private comments in a public bug. Sometimes a Canonical employee has information which is considered customer confidential, but is pertinent to a public bug report.
For instance, an FAE might want to inform the Canonical kernel team that an OEM has a new system in the pipeline that is affected by an existing bug, which is currently being tracked in a public LP ticket. Information of this type can help the Platform team determine priority, but it cannot be made public due to NDAs.
