Bug Description
When adding an "upstream task" to a bug, it would be useful if the Product and Bug Tracking System could be filled in from defaults based on the source package; as they're almost always the same anyway.

This feature was released in 2007. The feature also suggest that the upstream project selection step can be avoided by linking the package to a project.
