Bug Description
If I want to upload a PO file, I'm presented with the upload page (e.g. https:/
That page has two options: "Updated translation" and "Imported translation". While the current description of what each option does is good for its simplicity and being straight to the point, I believe these options might be still confusing for both new and experienced contributors.
I'd suggest keeping the description as it is and adding a "What's this?" or "Tell me more.." type of link to a help page on help.launchpad.net where each option is explained in detail.
Things like that an "Updated" translation requires a Launchpad field in the header and that it will replace existing translations, whereas an "Imported" translation can be uploaded "as is" could be explained there.
