Bug Description
On the 'user' view of a PPA, the person/team linked to in "For questions and bugs with software in this PPA please contact <Person>." should be configurable to be a user/team the PPA owner specifies for that specific PPA since third parties can now upload to PPAs invalidating the assumption the PPA owner is the appropriate person to contact.
I think it would also be neat if one was able to specify a project instead of a team/person.
