Personal dashboard should not be empty for teams

Bug Description

If I go to the dashboard for a translation team, at e.g. https://translations.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-l10n-ca/+translations-to-review, the page is currently empty, despite of the fact that the individual members of the team have got strings to review.

That page should probably show a combination of the strings needing review from all team members.

This will become more relevant once https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/rosetta/+bug/435304 is fixed.
