In this case, the bug title (bug 455896) is in Cyrillic.

I've got a fix for the bug in lazr.restful. Unfortunately, with that fix in place a similar bug appears in the zope template interpreter.

False alarm. Turns out this additional bug is also in lazr.restful and easy to fix.

Fixed in lazr.restful r88. To get the fix in Launchpad we need to release an egg and incorporate it into the Launchpad release.
