Sorry, I should have said why I was asking.
I was just talking to Marjo, and he pointed me to the 'ubuntu-qa' tag and said that this bug was among the most important. I saw that it was targeted to 3.1.10 and saw further that this targeting took place a while ago without further progress, so I felt it was worth asking.
Bug 151129 and bug 201015 were the other two bugs mentioned.

Yes, we will get this bug during 3.1.10. It's not hard to do. Tom is wrapping his current work today and will start tomorrow AM on this bug and spend the day getting the fix in.
As for the other bugs, I'll look into when we can get them scheduled.
