Unable to edit bugs

Bug Description

Using the new U/I, I tried to delete some text from https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/phatch/+bug/434972. When I tried to save the change, I got a red box with a very tiny error message, "Entity-body was not a well-formed JSON document.". Now all I did we DELETE text. If it's not well formed, then it was not well formed by LP.

So even when I switch browsers to be able to edit a bug (see 435648), I still can do it in Firefox.

Is IE the only supported browser?

I can confirm this bug. I also could not edit this bug through any browser, so I edit it through the launchpad api as I really wanted to remove the 'not ready' disclaimer.
