Bug comments are fixed width and so leave whitespace on the right

I consider this a good thing. If the comments don't wrap, they get
harder to read, and I'm forced to re-size my browser window.

On every page other than the bug page the comment box is far slimmer, so the comments wrap just inside its border. We changed this on the bug page because of comments in the design review about the comment box leaving a massive amount of whitespace between it and the sidebar.

Like Bjorn, I prefer to have the comments wrap sanely, but I wonder if we shouldn't make the comment box narrower again.

I leave this "low" instead of "won't fix" since we need to consider comment *box* whitespace handling whether or not the text actually wraps. And we should be consistent across the bug page.
