Bug Description
As discussed in ubuntu-devel; packages uploaded and built on a PPA could be tested with lintian, and an additional page provided with the results of those tests with links on more information on how to resolve these issues.
I think this would be a very useful tool for new developers wishing to improve the quality of their packages.
