Launchpad support can't do anything here; it's a matter for those who
manage Ubuntu's bugs. It's not clear that this is a bug in Launchpad at
all, since we can't make a private bug public just because someone
marked a public bug as a duplicate.

https:/ /bugs.launchpad .net/ubuntu/ +source/ apport/ +bug/764414 is the real
bug that yours is a duplicate of. Ubuntu's apport tool shouldn't be
forwarding users to bugs that it knows are private.
