Marking a bug as not-a-duplicate leaves the bug tasks table disabled until the page is reloaded

Bug Description

To reproduce:

1. visit a bug that is marked as a duplicate of some other bug
2. click the "duplicate of NNN" link, and use the AJAX dialog to delete the duplicate number (i.e. unmark this bug as a duplicate)
3. observe the Affects/Status/Importance/etc table: all the elements are still greyed out, even though this bug is no longer a duplicate.
