Bug Description
The project page shows a latest available download which isn't actually the most up-to-date one.
This is happening in the image-store-proxy project right now. I'm attaching an image to show the issue, in case the project page changes by the time someone checks it out.

This is a duplicate of bug 419733. When we know which series have the latest versions, and use version numbers instead of dates, we can say this is fix.
