Bug Description
Ubuntu developers have a number of reasons to file bugs for which ubuntu-bug is not suitable. Since Launchpad knows who the ubuntu-dev are and they can be reasonably assumed to not be filing frivolous bugs, please disable the redirection and allow +filebug to work normally. All this new scheme does for developers is hinder productivity.
