Bug Description
After seeing bug 408718 reoccur, Stuart suggests we log the query plan to be able to investigate.
In a bug 408718 fix, I introduce a 5 minute timeout. This will help us log the query plan only when it actually hits a problem.
We can simply send it out to <email address hidden>, expecting it to not happen very often. If it does, we've got other problems.
(If we find time, we should do this before 3.0 -- if not, 3.1.10 is fine)
