Bug Description
When reporting a bug one enters the subject of your bug, launchpad the matches it and offers 10 (ish) possible matches and asks you to say if one is the same. However, where your symptom was complex such as when this is a crash triggered apport bug the user is not likely to have intimate enough knowledge of the original title to make that match without being able to see it too. For example the following bug summary would trigger any number of other bugs with "notify-osd crashed with SIGDEGV in XXX()":
notify-osd crashed with SIGSEGV in g_signal_
The match page should list 'Your Summary' at the top to allow simpler visual comparison.

The user entered summary is visible at the top. For long summaries it is partially hidden though (the widget is too small)
