Bulk-review and -approve somebody's translations

The problem: Joe, not (yet?) a member of the appropriate translators' team, adds a large heap of translations. They're of high quality.

Jane, one of the team's administrators, wants to review Joe's work. She needs some way to look at the strings Joe has translated.

Having done that, she wants to bulk-approve all of Joe's translations. Ideally, that should happen with one click; the ideal place for that would be a "Approve all of Joe's translations so far" on the "add to the team" page if it's a language-specific team.

There is also a need to sometimes bulk-dismiss translations by someone.

Another solution might be a way to list someone's suggestions and have the team admin check the "good" ones (probably with some JavaScript button to check/uncheck all).

The current copy/paste workflow isn't very fun to use (and very time-consuming).

I would also like to have a feature to bulk-dismiss several translations in a specific language of single users and/or dismiss all suggested translations before a specific date.
The problem over here is, that several translators translate Low German (nds) templates into normal German (de) language, because they do not know that these are two different languages. (They only see "something with German")
The problem is, that I as the coordinator have to dismiss all of these never ending upcoming wrong "suggestions" manually.
This costs time, which could be used more effectively in reviewing real translations or even translating!
So because of the urgend need for such a feature within launchpad I would like the importance of this bug to be set to at least medium again!

Unfortunately, we don't have the resources to work on this anytime soon: priority as such reflects our internal priorities. If you are interested in developing this feature yourself (remember, Launchpad is open source as well :), I'd be very happy to help you get started.
