failure to search for project 'bzr'

Bug Description
I was playing around with possibly targetting a bug to a release series, rather than the code project.
However, I went to a bug, clicked on the expander, and then next to project I picked "Choose..."
I then did a search for 'bzr', and it came back with:
Too many matches. Please try to refine your search.
undefined
Which didn't really matter for what I was doing. However, it means that people who *actually want to target bzr* but just want to do a search to make sure, will get a failure, rather than even getting the 1 exact match result.
I assume the problem is that there are a *lot* of 'bzr-foo' possible matches. However, I can't think of any way to refine my search for bzr itself, than by typing 'bzr'.
