LP should allow tracking support requests that has not been replied yet

Bug Description

I've beem attemping to help Ubuntu users thru SUPPORT section in Launchpad.

But it is hard to find a request that stills need helps. Most of them, fortunately, are already replied. So I loose too much time finding a request than I can contribute with something.

Users would receive a better and faster support if we could track/search/list support requests that has been not replied yet.

Requests that have received an answer now have status = Answered. There is also an 'Open' report which lists only requests in need of an answer.
