No option to "discard messages marked as hold" in mailing list moderation

Bug Description
When moderating a mailing list using Mailman, particularly one prone to spam, the option to discard messages that are marked as "hold" really does speed up the process.
Moderating messages would be much more pleasant in Launchpad if it had a similar option.

Another solution would be to give the team moderator the option to require list subscription before posting. That is, all posting attempts by non-members get immediately bounced.
