Bug Description
Hi, I recommend rosetta to add a function that enable translators to leave comments on each line of translations, that may help while different people dealing with the same line.
If this cannot be implement for any issue, leave comments on each file is also appreciated.

I agree.
Sometimes it would be a nice idea to have a "comments" or "discussion" for every translation, so translators can argue about their proposed translation form over other forms.
This happens from time to time in Spanish, where there are different ways to say the same thing.
