Unclear how to "select it specially" in order to see sv_FI

"This language is not usually displayed in lists of languages. You will have to select it specially in your language preferences in order to see it."

In this text, "language preferences" is a hyperlink to https://translations.launchpad.net/+editmylanguages but there is no way that I can see to select sv_FI there. (Or does "select it specially" refer to some "special" way to "select" it that I don't understand? Otherwise, does "specially" really need to be in the description?)

This is one of the languages that we don't want to allow people to translate to, and thus you can't select it in your language preferences. We should modify the informational notice to clearly state this.
