This is how to reproduce the problem:
I have submitted a bug: Bug #418046 reported by Peter Antoniac on 2009-08-24

Now, if you look on the page:
https:/
You will not see that bug reported there.
This is not a singular case, you can also see that this bug is not there, although I just filled it now :D

Funny enough, but this one got in the list (demo effect?). Still, the other one is not in the list although you can see that it was filled recently (way more recent than the other 2 ones that are showing in the list).
