Incorrect "Uploaded by" assignment in translation branch

This lists the 3.0 series translation branch as uploaded but John Meinel, but he's never been involved in the Mailman project and so should not own this branch. Note too that while I can edit the status of the 2.1 and 2.2 series branches I cannot edit the status of the 3.0 series branch.

My suspicion is that this is an otherwise hidden artifact of some assistance John provided doing the original branch import two years ago at a Pycon. All Mailman branches should be owned and editable by the ~mailman-coders team.
