Bug Description

When I assign a bug to me, which I'm already a subscriber to [e.g. any
bzr bug] I get two emails:
One from me saying:
** Changed in: bzr
Assignee: (unassigned) => Robert Collins (lifeless)
One from "Launchpad Bug Tracker <email address hidden>" saying:
You have been subscribed to a public bug:
...
and including the entire bug all over again.
I don't know where or how to turn this off but its extremely
frustrating.
