Linking related bugs isn't obvious

Bug Description

Right now, you can report related cases in Malone by typing "bug 1" in the comment field.

However, that's not very obvious. I recommend that you have a "Mark as Related" link underneath the "Mark as Duplicate" link, with the same user interface.

I would ask for a "Mark as Related" link.

I believe this could generate some good relationships between bugs that let a dev to see the whole forest insted of only a tree.
