Bug Description
I just received a mail from malone about bug 9931.
At the end of the email, it says:

Default Encoding

I usually deal with just Launchpad bugs, but this is one of the few Ubuntu bugs I take a direct interest in. To help me understand the context of the bug, I need more than "Default Encoding". The URL for the bug doesn't tell me the context either.
So, I propose that the .sig for the comment message for this bug should instead be:
