Team page invites you to join a moderated team you've already applied to join

Bug Description
1. Go to the page for a moderated team that you are not a member of.
2. Choose "Join the team", and click the appropriate button.
3. Returning to the team page, choose "Join the team" again.
What happens:
* You are taken to a page warning (!) you that "Your membership is awaiting approval from one of this team's administrators."
What should happen:
* If your membership is awaiting approval, that should be indicated on the main team page, instead of the "Join the team" link.
