Hovering over a question provides beginning of full description in all columns

If you hover over any part of a question's row (other than the time), the tooltip that comes up is the first 100 or so characters of the description. This makes sense for, say, the title, but less so for, say, the assigned user, or the status.

This works are designed. I agree that it can be confusing if you are looking for metadata, but it allows users get the information by placing the cursor anywhere in the row.
