Bug Description
1. Go to the team page for a team where you're a member but you are not subscribed to its mailing list.
2. Choose "Subscribe".
What happens: You end up on the "E-mail settings" page, which does actually let you subscribe to the mailing list, but only if you scroll into a menu down at the bottom of the page in a locked filing cabinet stuck in a disused lavatory with a sign on the door saying "Beware of The Leopard".
What should happen: The control for confirming your subscription should immediately be visible. This could be fixed in at least two ways:
* not going to the "E-mail settings" page at all, but instead opening a dialog for choosing which e-mail address you want to subscribe with;
* going to the "E-mail settings" page, but automatically scrolling to the appropriate area for subscribing to that particular mailing list, and highlighting that row in the table, and focusing that menu in the form.
