+register-merge should suggest series branches

I think the most common case after merging to the development focus branch would be merging to a series branch.

It would be nice if https://code.edge.launchpad.net/~mbp/bzr/trivial/+register-merge had another radiobutton and dropdown listing all the active series.

A dropdown, or just more radio buttons?

Right now we show other branches you have proposed merges too. We chould (relatively easily) add other series branches.

I was thinking of a radiobutton plus a dropdown
