Left and right padding differ in box for editing bug description

1. In this bug report page, click the button for editing the description.
2. Look at this line:

The padding between the left edge of the text field and the left edge of the text is much greater than the padding between the right edge of the text field and the right edge of the text. This looks unattractive.

3. Click the cancel button.

It's actually quite tricky, at least it was for me, to get the padding correct and get the edit box to line up correctly when in edit mode versus display mode. The fix for bug 412574 will likely fix this, too.

I was going to report a bug that the bug description is now indented unlike anything else on the bug page, but I wasn't sure whether it should be part of the same bug report.

I think the read-only bug description should not be indented at all. When you click the edit button, the text field should have negative left positioning, enough to retain the nice current effect of the text not moving at all as it becomes editable.

I think it's fine to keep all description padding, positioning, etc. comments here. One can't be changed without affecting the other.
